Added Sourcelist & Updated Text-Only Version

I separated the project credits from the .txt-based manual and uploaded it separately to the project page as sourcelist.txt.
Additionally, I completely overhauled the text-only version of the EXCURSIO ETERNUM manual. It now has more ASCII art and is all-around prettier to look at.
