The PANOPTICON
The PANOPTICON is a visual insight into the West's self-inflicted digital prison.
This deck is equal parts visual novel, gore horror fest, and mostly-digestible anti-surveillance rhetoric. I find the theory surrounding the panopticon to be quite fascinating, and I wanted to share my research and thoughts on the topic with others in a creative and aesthetically-pleasing way.
Please be warned that this is not for the faint of heart or those with a very weak stomach. There is a considerable amount of foul language, gore, and violent imagery. I recommend viewing it in fullscreen, preferably not in the presence of narcs or otherwise vulnerable people. Additionally, stick around until the final slide to see a list of sources.
This is the first project I've made in Decker, and it will not be the last. I love this tool.
There are lots of hidden things you can click on throughout the deck. Let your cursor wander. Let me know what you think.

big fan of this! thanks for sharing your sources :)
great project, love the stylization and the variety in framing for each screen, and love love clickable links on a source page
This is so heavy and powerful!
1990s educational point and click CD-ROM meets Discipline & Punish. It even has a fucking mascot character. Inspiring way to do this, I hope we get more 'theory decks' in this style!
OMG SO COOL WOW THIS IS REALLY GREAT!!
